Policies & Procedures
Conduct
At our massage therapy center, we prioritize the safety and comfort of our therapists. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, and any form of unwanted touching. If a therapist feels threatened or uncomfortable, they reserve the right to end the session immediately. In such cases, the client will not be permitted to return for further massages, and the full fee will still be expected.
Attire
During your massage session, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing such as shorts, a tank top, or a sports bra. This will allow for ease of movement during any active stretching incorporated into the massage.
Late Policy
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via voice message or text at (407) 580-9616, or email us at hanmassage1@gmail.com. In the event that you arrive late, your session may need to be adjusted to ensure that we can accommodate other clients who have appointments scheduled after yours. Payment for the full session is required, regardless of the treatment duration. Your practitioner will assess whether there is sufficient time to initiate the treatment.
Health Considerations
To ensure your safety, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, special needs, or concerns when scheduling your appointment. It is also important to keep the massage therapist updated on any changes in your health or condition. Please note that some services may not be suitable for certain conditions.
Important Pre-Session Guidelines: Sobriety and Health Requirements
We kindly request that you refrain from attending your session while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as they may hinder your body's ability to safely receive the treatment. If you are showing signs of a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison ivy, skin rash, or any other contagious condition, we request that you reschedule your appointment.
Client Responsibility for Maintaining Hygiene during Appointments
We kindly request that clients arrive at their appointments with proper hygiene to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for both the therapist and the client. This includes maintaining cleanliness and avoiding any offensive odors that may disrupt the session. We understand that certain conditions may cause body odor or other hygiene-related issues, and we encourage clients to take the necessary steps to address these concerns before their appointment. This helps ensure a pleasant experience for everyone involved and maintains health and safety standards. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment during your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
